"Loved that I stow my luggage until my room was ready. Great staff. Very polite. The two issues I had was the elevator maintenance made it long to get up to room with only one lift, and the toilet placement was terrible. It was placed narrowly between the sink and the wall with a toilet paper mount on the wall jabbing you when you sat down. "

"We were lucky to have been upgraded to an apartment room and my kids loved the unit. They don't wanna leave London because of the Tower Hotel. We loved our stay. Best dining options around the area. "
