"The staff at the hotel was amazing! And the hotel is definitely in a good location. What really impressed me was the "Hospitality Room," where after I checked out at 11am and roamed the city until 5pm, the hotel gave me the opportunity to use a room to take a shower before the airport shuttle picked me up at 6:30pm. It was greatly appreciated!"

"Too many kids unsupervised at the pool and hot tub. Kids where rough housing in the pool and threwing a football which they dudnt catch and hit us. The parent didnt say nothing nor an appolgiy from the kids. They kept doing it. Then they would dive into the pool or cannon ball and get everyone sitting around wet. Not fun! Then some people wouldcome down and take 4 to 6 towels do there was none left for the next guest. "
