Pool was very good but busy at the time we visited. Breakfast was good. Good variety of food options with staff working hard in a hot environment. Great to be able to walk into town centre and RSC. Easy parking. This is a dream of a location with spacious grounds so near to town centre but needs money spending on it to keep it a top location. "
