"It is a heritage property and the guys who run it are fastidiously clean and proud of their property and very welcoming to guests. Breakfast was included in the price but as I was leaving at 7am I thought I’d miss out. But no. They opened the kitchen at 6 am for those of us catching the ferry. Breakfast was delicious and very generous. Thank you Paul and Mark."

"The property was amazing due to its location, cleanliness and all that was provided within the cottage. The back of the property with horse, donkeys, highland cattle and chickens was surprisingly a amazing thing to see. The game center was a good add on perk but game center needs some update otherwise would be better to leave it closed. It had so many things but all of the things were not in good working order. Within the property, locks for bathrooms didn’t work but rest was all amazing....

The hosts were excellent, going above and beyond - i needed to check-in early as well as a late check-out and when it looked like my taxi wasn’t going to show up they even got me over to the Spirit of Tasmania. I’m not fond of travelling solo, so being looked after by such kind, caring people is a real pleasure. "

"Property is well equipped, warm, has all cooking facilities and laundary, little bit of road noise but not a concern, the fact the owners put the heat on before you arrive means a lot when it is very cold weather and most do not!WELL DONE. Only small complaint was the fairly strong smell of cleaning chemicals on arrival but I have a very sensitive sense of smell."

"The photo shown is a collage of 3 photos. The site was presented quite well. Lovely lawn and BBQ area opposite units. Ample and roomy parking at unit door. Unit spacious but basic. Wifi dodgy and slow but difficult to join at peak periods. Bed and pillows comfortable. Basic kitchenette useful. Motel backs on to main road screened by high hedge but traffic noise still present at peak times in the evening and early morning. Close to town. Recommend Sheffield Pub for dining. I missed the motel...

"The grounds are amazing! Lake, garden, flowers, amazing beach, mountains, view, sunrise, birds. The owner takes very great care of the guests. Bonus: bathtub on the roof! What could be improved: property could use some upgrades."

"The bed, was to big for the room , and creaked when you moved,lack of fly screens,the kitcen utensils draw could of been cleaner.the fire was very good except switching on and off dangerous .the windows had too many cobwebs inside . The washing machine needed balancing.."

"The Arc Pavillion was all that I wanted and more. The location is ideal, both country and coast within 15 minutes and ample attractions close by. There is so much to enjoy at the property that I didn’t leave the two days that I stayed. It is cleverly designed, maximising the side of the tiny home and a beautiful combination of simplicity, luxury and eco friendly living all rolled into one. Whilst the toilet is a separate little building outside, it is only a few steps away. It did get cold...
