"The pool was too warm but the beach water was freshing. Lots of good snorkeling. We had multiple issues withbour room key and when maintenance came they were rude and unhelpful. I suggest going straight tonthe ladiea at the desk if you have issues. Also there was NEVER towels at the pool/beach. People would take them in the morning but noone would come around to clean them or replenish."

"The suite was spotlessly clean and the air conditioner worked great. The sitting area and kitchen are downstairs. The bedroom and full bath are upstairs. The stairs to the bedroom are very steep so that should be a consideration for anyone with mobility issues."
