"Great location in Beckenham, everything close by, but had to wait til 4.30 to get into our room ,when check in was stated as 3 o'clock. They did apologise and gave a busy schedule as a reason. The cleaners we met were lovely and polite and said the previous tenants were exceptionally messy. Overall good stay, but the apartments do need a little TLC."
"The property was directly across street from main train station which takes you into London. Family room too small for family of four. No space to walk around bed. Expected 2 twin beds and a double bed but got one twin bed and a cot which was between the twin and double bed and you had to crawl across bottom of bed to stand on whatever space that was not occupied by suitcases. This should be a triple room rather than a quadruple family room "
"Unable to check in and spent hours infront of property. Sent ID's to complete check in procedure only to be told no rooms available. Also address is not correct and you will be taken to an office and not an apartment. BE CAREFUL "
"Great apartment in a nice quiet part if Lewisham, very green and an easy bus/walk to Crystal Palace park, cafes/restaurants nearby, and a short distance to train connections. Easy, free, on street parking in the area. "
"Great property in a great location. Apart from a few minor broken things in the unit, it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Will certainly be back!"

"The receptionist, nice young lady with brown hair, was really friendly and helpful when checking us in, greeting us during our stay and storing our luggage for us on the day of departure. The room was a good size with well thought out and good quality necessities, such as the Dyson air fan, and decent cooking equipment, we were also impressed by the room's sound proofing blocking out construction in the area. The oven worked well and the fridge was a good size for our stay. The bed was very comfortable giving us a good night's sleep for a busy few days in London. There is a tube station very close by as well as a number of affordable food shops and other amenities. A great stay overall and a good price for everything that is included, we will definitely return again."
"Originally, our stay didn't start well, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, a big clump of hair in the shower! After speaking to a woman on reception ( 3 times) we finally spoke to the manager of the hotel, who was polite, helpful & gorgeous! He kindly upgraded us to a 1 bed suite, it was a perfect experience after the initial hiccup.
Will definitely stay here again when visiting london. Beautiful room, close to the Savoy theatre, i cannot praise the helpful manager enough.
We enjoyed a swim on our departure day, great little pool we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, 5 stars!"
"Convenient location near restaurants and grocery stores as well as close proximity to landmarks like Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Room size was good for a European hotel and the price provided good value for money. Cleanliness could be improved but should not be a detractor for those looking for good value. "
"This is an older hostel but is very functional. We had a room with our own bathroom/shower. The rooms are quite small but if you are spending most of your day out seeing the sights of London, the size of the room really doesn't matter. The staff is amazing and very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for luxury, then this isn't the place for you. If you want a functional hostel with easy access to public transportation at a great value, then Restup London is perfect. We stayed there during two different portions of our vacation and would do so again without hesitation. "
