"Jennifer and Jeff are wonderful hosts and have created a very sweet spot to stay on the Big Island. While it's removed from the hustle and bustle of Hilo, it is an easy drive if you want to visit that area. It's also fairly close to the Volcanic National Park - so it's a good in between place to stay. They were super helpful getting us settled and truly provide everything you could need (except AC so be prepared but they do have fans). Really beautiful gardens and cozy Hawaiian decor to help you feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the lanai and listening to the birds and Coqui frogs. I highly recommend staying here and would love to stay with them again. "

"This was a lovely cottage facing the ocean. It has an AC unit in the bedroom that was helpful with the humidity of the coast. The fold out sofa worked just fine for our family of 4, and everything felt comfy with a great beach vibe. We only stayed one night for our Hilo and Volcano National Park trip but would have enjoyed a longer stay too. "
