The kitchen is very well equipped, and the living area is comfortable, modern and more spacious than the photos suggest. "Eda could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Her attention to detail and facilities are second to none. The setting is incredibly beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Ideal base for cycling or walking and not too far from all of the amazing sights, history and culture that Istria has to offer. A car is essential and drivers that are not fazed by the unmade road to the villa! We had a truly wonderful honeymoon and will be returning next year for our first anniversary to explore this...

"We were very impressed when we arrived at 2.15am in the morning, after a long drive from Venice, to find our host waiting for us. We were very pleased with the villa, pool and large garden. It was clean and tidy and the flowers on the table and the eggs and wine were a lovely welcome. The hammock frame broke during our stay but Mr Zufic had it welded and back in the garden the next day! We were expecting a villa clean and change of bed linen during our stay but this did not happen. Towels and...

"Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und hat hochwertige Geräte. Alles ist sehr neu und gut gepflegt. Man hat sich direkt angekommen gefühlt. Super Außenküche mit tollem Gasgrill. Alles hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Eismaschine und den Wasserspender inkl. Filter haben wir lieben gelernt 😁. Die Inhaber waren sehr nett und haben bei Fragen direkt geholfen. Wir würden, falls es erneut passt, sehr gerne erneut in dieser Wohnung unseren Urlaub verbringen."

"Perfect location for exploring Istrian towns - located close to highway exit, with restaurants and groceries nearby. Home is beautifully furnished and maintained with attention to detail. Pool and outdoor recreation area perfect for relaxing and outdoor grilling equipment top notch. Beds very comfortable, baths well appointed, kitchen new with lux appliances. "Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber. Der Garten mit Pool und Grill hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Liegen sollten jedoch bei Gelegenheit mal ausgetauscht werden, sie sind alt und teilweise auch schon kaputt. Ein Badezimmer ist bereits renoviert, es wäre schön gewesen, wenn auch die anderen bereits renoviert gewesen wären, es hat jedoch nicht gestört. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden und können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen."

"Overall, the place is a little runner down and small but it gets the job done. It has such a beautiful view and easy access to the beach! Wouldn’t recommend it for children but for adults a great getaway! "

Clean apartment, every day asked if we need clean towels or any hygienic supplies. Cost for food in local store and in restaurants is reasonable .
