We were very happy with our stay here. Very relaxing for us as our Kamloops trip was super stressful. It was a welcome escape.

We loved that they have a separate sitting area which also comes with a sofabed, not too many options like this in Kamloops sadly. They also have complimentary breakfast. We didn’t get to use the pool as we arrived later driving from Vancouver but maybe next time

The manager informed me that he would process a full refund due to the poor room cleanliness (towels) and the double booking which caused me to change my business plans and fly home early. Expedia will reimburse my credit card once this feedback is provided.

We love the pool but unfortunately the hot tub was shut down. The male who checked us in, same as last time, is very friendly. We'd sat in the lounge area the first visit with brother, his wife and me, the sister since we'd not seen each other since last November. We were thirsty so the clerk said we could have drinks there and showed us how to turn it on and off. We thought this was very hospitable. Last evening when we did that again the female clerk said it was not available to us. My brother is a Diamond Member and me Platinum, for some inexpensive Peach drink. It was disappointing.

The hotel was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked for a baby bed at check in and within 10 min they provided us a baby bed. The breakfast was delicious with variety of options from eggs, yogurt, cereals, fresh make your own waffles option. Lovely experience:)

I called in advance and asked clearly if the hot tub was working before booking here. Was told YES. The jets were barely circulating and that to me is a fail! I could have used my BW points and used their working hot tub! The check in clerk guy though was super nice! I booked for hot tub use though with good JETS action and not just a hot dipping pool! Thumbs down to this. ):

The breakfast nook is properly equipped for a full breakfast which is included in the price and that’s a great savings. Close to Costco and another large shopping area.
