Room was dirty, stains on the couch, burn holes from cigarettes on the couch and carpet, Jacuzzi tub had black stains, bathtub in the bathroom had black stains, drywall mud on the walls that was not sanded or painted, bed was hard as a rock, Electric fireplace didn’t work, ceiling fan didn’t work.

Room was filthy and in poor condition. The TV did not work properly with the remote. The door threshold between the bedroom and bathroom was not attached. The room wreaked of cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room.

The tv did not work. The toilet seat was broken. The staff were not overly friendly don't understand why they had to photo copy and retain a copy of my drivers licence.

Party room.
If you’re a bunch of friends that want to get drunk and smoke and party it up, this is the place for you. The room stank of cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. Enjoy!

This place is disgusting. The first room they tried to put us in was filthy and reeked of cigarette smoke. The second one, which we stayed in for one night because it was late, was dirty, blood on the carpet and the linens were ratty and not clean.

This is a terrible place, not clean, tap in the sink came apart in my hand, big crack in the bathtub surround, did not use, tv not working, very noisy. I had been driving for 11hrs and did not have the energy to look for another place, it was cheep but would never recommend it to anyone. Left at first light could not wait to get on the road.

I had to stay here last minute due to an emergency. I had low expectations due to the poor reviews. The bedsheets were old and yellowish colour (stained from white) and the window was broken (couldn't lock). I felt very uneasy staying here. I had to lay down some clothes on the bed to sleep on as the sheets seemed very gross. There were large bugs in the room. The staff was friendly.

1- no reading lamps by the beds so if one wanted to sleep while the other read, the bright ceiling lights had to be left on. 2 - Had to call staff to come with an extension cord for TV as it’s cord could not reach the wall outlet, 3 - bath towels were very thin. 4 - no complementary in room coffee. 5 - top of bathroom baseboards very dirty 6 - bead sheets on one bed had stains.

This property is in need of a complete overhaul. The carpets are very old, dirty and well worn. The bedding and towels were clean but the rooms need some TLC. We took a newspaper from the front desk to make a path from the bed to the bathroom as we didn't want to step in the carpet with bare feet. The air-conditioner worked but the directional vent was broken, it blew on us all night. I would not recommend this hotel

Very over powering smell, stains and filth everywhere, worn out bedding and towels, 2 rooms and toilets broken and cracked, lights were dim and half out. Unfortunately the first place I had ever walked out on. Lady at front desk was very nice and understanding. She quickly refunded 3 nights stay. The pictures on the website do not reflect the actual quality of the rooms.

The Bathtub and Jacuzzi is long overdue for an overhaul. The look of them is enough to turn anybody off. When we arrived there was two used coffee envelopes still in the coffee machine That means that the coffee machine was not cleaned previous to our arrival. This particular room needs a good paint job, as paint is peeling in a number of places, I even found old blood on the walls. The window has lots of dirt inside and outside and looks as though it hasn't been cleaned in years. On the good side the linens were very clean and smart looking and the bed was comfortable. The coffee was tasty. The advertising lists a microwave and a fridge in every room, however there was not a microwave in this room. Oh yes there were many light bulbs that were not working. It looked to me that staff and management simply didn't care. Or they were told to cut back on expenses. I should tell you that front staff were very kind and helpful. Unless something happens quickly my wife and i will not be back.

Absolutely filthy. Had pre-paid and thought How bad can it be for one night? Well, the carpet was so dirty (unbelievable) that I slept with my sandals on in case I had to get up in the night. Blood on the walls, wall paper ripping off on sheets, trash behind the desk (found when I unplugged the noisy refrigerator). The sanitation notes in the listing are laughable. I’ve never seen a dirtier motel. Disgusting.
