"Room was pretty clean, some of the staff spoke English, air conditioning worked perfect, great location near subway station and night life yet quiet at night. Hair dryer was getting hot during use and would barely blow air, noticed it was extremely clogged so I had to clean it with a toothbrush so air would flow out, only after that it worked perfectly. Area was awesome highly recommend. Lots of food and markets. Wish they had a scale to weigh bags like the other APA hotel in Osaka. "

Rooms are spacious and the Onsen space was more elaborate than thought when booking. Multiple pools of varying temperatures and a sauna.
