"Spacious room & onsen which was a great way to end each day. Kind staff who sent my son’s anpanman blanket to our next accommodation via yamato after we realized we had forgotten it in our room. Also assisted with luggage transport via yamato from Tokyo to Osaka which helped ease commuting significantly. Free shuttle to & from the airport / Kawasaki station was also incredibly convenient.
