I stayed at this hotel many times in the last 5 years but their service is just bad and annoying.
They have a weird room cleaning service policy which you can only choose between daily towel change/trash taken out if you stay 6 days or less, or one time cleaning like all other hotels do if you stay 7 days or more.
I don’t understand where this policy came from for a self claimed 3 star hotel. However, if you stay 4-5 days it wouldn’t bother you that much.
Unfortunately, I got stuck in Tokyo due to Covid situation and had to stay 1 month and this cleaning policy became a problem.
I was forced to choose between the 2 cleaning options and I went for clean towels and trash clean daily. I made a total of 4 bookings continuously, each for 1 week. Even at the end of each booking they also refused to deep clean the room unless I agree to pay ¥100,000 for cleaning. I just don’t get it. By no means this is a cheap hotel, but they will try to refuse cleaning at all cost, which is quite frankly stupid. And the staffs are not helpful neither.
I ended up cleaning myself in a room which cost me $176 a night during the empty period of corona lockdown in Tokyo.
Long story short, short stays are fine, like I used to. Long stay please avoid this hotel.
