"An interesting hotel with free snacks, soft drinks and a range of alcohol available 24/7. Make sure you do a 'proper' search in Google Maps before attempting to find the hotel as there are 3 various Hotel Balian's in the area and we found ours on the 3rd attempt. Very helpful staff. Our no smoking room still smelled of smoke when we arrived but we got used to it."

We booked a comfort double room with table, non smoking room and found the room clean, small & comfortable you might need to move a few things around to make it more spacious but that is the same in most room of that size in Japan. The staff spoke good English and were very helpful. The hotel is in a excellent position with a metro line just around the corner, there are plenty of restaurants nearby.the breakfast at the hotel was lovely with plenty of space between tables so it felt quite...

Booked a stay for two at the property. It is located around the kabukicho area, where there are plenty of food and night life options. We got upgraded to a twin share room, and it was incredibly spacious for hotels around the area. Hotel staff were polite and helpful, and the rooms were clean. There is a bar at the lobby which serves up discount drinks, and is good for unwinding or pre-drinks.
Tip: if coming by train, take the hotel gracery bus from Shinjuku station (i.e. webo bus G), then it...

The location and friendliness of all staff was amazing. The use of the Club Lounge allowed us to rest and enjoy a drink and nibbles before venturing out again. So close to Shinjuku station was great for our traveling adventures. Would highly recommend to others

Clean, good amenities and multiple beds in one room for cost savings noting one toilet and shower as expected.
Polite and well versed staff.
Close by to 7 Eleven for no fuss cash withdrawals via ATM.
A bit distant from Shinjuku and stations by foot but once you know about the underground pathway, it’s a lot easier to move around out of any bad weather

I can not imagine a better place to stay in Tokyo.
Everything was 5 star.
The panoramic views over the harbour were stunning
Staff service amazing particularly the concierge
Very well priced.
Restaurants were a little expensive but huge choices within walking distance
Will always go back there

Slightly out of the bright lights Tokyo, lovely and quiet with a train station close by. The hotel was amazing from the moment we stepped inside, and the breakfast’s were incredible. Can’t rate this place enough and was easily the best hotel we’ve stayed in ever.

If staying in Shinjuku area this modern-style hotel is a great choice. It is close enough to the action but is a refuge from the amazing buzz of the Tokyo streets. The hospitality we received from Terada and his team was helpful and very welcoming.

We had a lovely 2-night stay here in one of the moderate queen rooms. It was sweet and everything we needed. Also the location near the Kokuritsu-kogijo station was perfect for us. Really near Shinjuku so just awesome, we totally could have stayed longer. Staff were friendly and we were able to store our bags after we checked out. Would totally go back.
