Take lift after exiting train up to Shibuya stream, look for hotel sign, second lift takes you straight to hotel lobby. Great view from higher floor. Friendly staff. A free drink at happy hour for guests. Food show supermarket close by. Would recommend."

"Great option for a location if you plan on using the train line often. Bed was comfortable, washer/dryer duo was easy to use, the blow dryer is great! Do not need to bring most toiletries. 7/11 is just around the corner! You are in a bit a of a red light district on one side but the other is ++ business and the river is very pretty to walk around. Staff are also very excellent for helping! We got an early check in for an additional fee but was worth it. "
