"Very enjoyable stay. 12 night stay. From the US and although I had come to visit my son and his wife and though they were with me during check-in, the staff were very English proficient. They were very accommodating, I asked about a smoking area because when I booked there were no smoking rooms available. The attendant told my daughter-in-law that a smoking room had become available and I could have it starting on the 2nd night. The fantastic part about this is while we were out the next day, all my things were moved to the new room, set up exactly how had them in the previous room. Even the change on the TV stand, a quarter and a penny were moved to the new room and placed in the exact position. Cleaning was great. Although some of the furniture was a bit dated, the bathroom was newly remodeled. Very roomy compared to other budget Hotels I have stayed at in the area. Location was great. From the door of the lobby there was a Lawson's about a 100 feet away. There was a footbridge to the Osaki station in front of the Hotel, so it was about a 2 minute walk to the platforms. Osaki Station in Tokyo is served by four major train lines: the JR Yamanote Line, the JR Shōnan–Shinjuku Line, the JR Saikyō Line, and the Tokyo Waterfront Area Rapid Transit (Rinkai) Line, so it is easy access to go about anywhere in Tokyo and beyond. Shinagawa Station is one station away for Shinkansen access. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, in the Hotel complex and the station."
