"This was our 2nd time staying in this hotel. The staff who helped us check in was so helpful. I asked him if we can check in early as I have a tattoo appointment. He tried his best and was able to accomodate my check in. I also want to thank the staff you tidying up our room. Seeing it clean and organized after a long day of walking makes my day happy. Definitely will be staying here again. Highly recommended"
