"There was one lift for the entire building which meant waiting times on your floor and the entrance could take a while. The whole of our floor (8) stunk of gas and dampness. It really wasn't nice to walk out to in the morning or coming back at night."

"Great location near Shibuya station but far enough away to avoid the noise. The premier lounge access rooms have great views and lounge access is very convenient. Rooms have what you would expect for a 4*: Nespresso coffee, drinks and water all included. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and quiet. All the staff we met were friendly, polite and spoke English to the best of their ability. Would happily stay here again."

"I’m going to give my honest opinion! Everyone talked about how small the hotels in Tokyo are. However this particular hotel was exceptional. It is big compared to other hotels we stayed in Japan. There is a lot of drawer to put our clothes and also a good sized closet. The hotel provides almost everything to make our stay conducive. From the entrance, lobby and to the room itself you’ll be amazed. I loved the fact that it has 711 in the basement for a quick grab. And it is about seven minutes walk to shinagawa station. And the breakfast buffet has both Japanese and western selections. There is so much to choose from. And the staffs were so helpful. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Tokyo"

"Our first time in japan. Lots of affordable restaurants nearby, trains and grocery stores nearby. Be prepared for lots of walking and stairs. Good clean affordable hotel we probably pay more for high season unfortunately miss cherry blossom season. We enjoy yakiniku and conveyor belt sushi the most and tried every bento boxes. Hope to come back in the future we enjoyed our visit. Thank you to all the strangers that help us on the train station who help us guide us on the right path when we got lost and must have is apple map good for directions and google translate that help navigate everything in japanese."

"The room is very spacious for a Tokyo hotel. Washer/dryer in room is quiet and works wonderfully. The blow dryers are as good as my Dyson. Thefront desk will forward luggage, call a taxi anything you need. Bathroom has heated mirror, huge spacious tub/shower. Location is IDEAL out of the Shibuya craziness but a quick 5 min walk to it. Across from a wonderful grocery store to get water, snacks, meals if needed. 10/10 will recommend and stay again. "

"Rooms comfortable, but very dated, and generally quite shabby. Hotel is split across numerous different annexed levels. Had to skip the breakfast service due to huge queue/ inadequate provision for number of guests. This hotel needs renovation."
