"Great area... nice staff...free coffee at reception... rooms small but clean tidy and maintained.... considering how close you are to the road and train station the room was super quiet... really good... would stay again for sure "

"Tompkins and Mina were exceptionally responsive. The hotel is a wonderful retreat in Tokyo. One does have to be okay with the occasional rocking as the fishing boats head out but it is definitely worth it. "

"Great option for a location if you plan on using the train line often. Bed was comfortable, washer/dryer duo was easy to use, the blow dryer is great! Do not need to bring most toiletries. 7/11 is just around the corner! You are in a bit a of a red light district on one side but the other is ++ business and the river is very pretty to walk around. Staff are also very excellent for helping! We got an early check in for an additional fee but was worth it. "
"Had a great time staying here. There is an elevator which was great after walking all day. Staff was very nice and held our luggage after we checked out so we didn’t have to walk around with it while we waited to go to the airport."
"This was my last hotel on my two week vacation. It was kind of on the outskirts of Shibuya, but still close enough to walk to everything. I stayed here for two nights. It was super clean. The amenities were great. They had an assistant on the TV if you had any questions, it was perfect and they arranged for a taxi to go to the airport when I left"
