"Such a beautiful and intimate experience! A lot of great restaurants as well right near the rooms. Most importantly, the staff was super accommodating with the stay!!"
"The property was nice, the staff was friendly, the area was nice, and the bakery connected to the hotel is amazing. Definitely would recommend staying here. "
"Very cute place that had everything we needed. It was about a 15 minute walk to the main part of the city & very accessible to convenient stores, restaurants, shopping & the train stations. Will definitely stay here again."
"Wonderful staff, great view from our room, about two long blocks from Gotanda station and very clean. And there’s Tully’s cafe and other eateries right downstairs. "
"Place is quiet. Beddings are clean and comfortable. Stores and restaurants are within a five minute walk. Situated in an area away from the crowd or tourists. Gives a feeling of old Japan vibes which is great."

"This was a big hotel and had all the features to match: a pool, gym, fast elevators, lounge, EXCELLENT breakfast, helpful concierge, and centrally located in Shibuya. I did not love hectic Shibuya (I should have stayed in the slightly less frenzied Ginza), but Cerulean made me feel glad that since I was in that area, I was staying there!"
"This hotel is in the center of the Shibuya Scramble Crossing. The location is amazing for sites and transport (Shibuya Station connects to the hotel). You’re minutes away from Takeshita Street and Shinjuku. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. While the area is insanely busy, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. The views are incredible and the breakfast buffet is delicious (the buffet has Japanese and Western dishes and is on the 25th floor with lovely views as far as the eye can see). The hotel rooms are on the smaller side and the bathrooms are a little dated and small (they remind me of cruise ship bathrooms but ours had a bathtub). All in all, though, we truly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel lobby is on the 5th floor of the Shibuya Smart City building; we had a hard time finding the entrance from where the taxi dropped us off on the side street. The basement floor of the building is a grocery store where the displays are works of art and the ground/first floor is entirely dedicated to sweets. Think of large department store jewelry and make up display counters filled with the most decadent sweets. Shibuya is full of places to eat. "
"Our family of 5 stayed here during our last night in Tokyo. The room had plenty of space, a beautiful view of the city and a fantastic shower. We enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer."
"The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The bakery by the front desk very convenient and delicious pastries and breads."
