"Good room and large bathroom for a good price, friendly staff and very convenient as well as it is right next to the train station and very close to the flippers jiyugaoka pancake restaurant. I had a very pleasant stay."
"Great! Self check-in, a quick walk from Yōga Station, and a quiet neighborhood. I'm short so the room was cozy, but if you're tall/large it may not be as easy to use. Otherwise great--small balcony, a deep tub, and a washing machine."
"Best place to stay at in Tokyo! So many dining options available near the hotel and walkable to two major train stations. The hotel offers daily house keeping (with signage) and laundry washing available. The double bed room is spacious and offers so much space. Convenient if you want to stay near Tokyo and near the Haneda Airport which are a couple of train stops away (30 minutes each way-depending on the train express you take). Staff were amazing and answered any questions we had and provide...
"The property was very easy to find and the instructions were very clear. Room was very spacious and clean. Very close to the train station and the ginza. Would recommend to others"

"Book a stay at this hotel! We were thrilled we did as the rooms were a decent size, check in was easy, breakfast was convenient and good (both Japanese and Western options), very clean, very quiet and most importantly the location was amazing! It is connected to the Shibuya train station so we could access any part of Tokyo very easily! Also walking distance to lots of dinning options and Shibuya crossing, but far enough away that it is quiet! I would 100% recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again! After staying at 4 different hotels during our Japan trip (including another in Tokyo), this was the best hotel overall! "
"Shibuya is great for eating - any kind of cuisine and any price point. Good roof top bars nearby. The Excel is right across the street from major train and subway lines so transportation is fine. The hotel is reasonably appointed, and the staff very accomodating. We have been staying here every year for 10 years or more"
