"The view of the castle/monument/Old Town from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The rooms were clean and comfortable - a firm bed, but I slept well every night. The restaurant in the hotel was new and really wonderful as well. The location is so convenient for the trains/bus/trams/ etc. We will absolutely be back!"

"The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were able to raise the head, allowing it to be converted into a couch. It was a nice feature! I liked that the hotel was outside of the busy center of town but was easily walkable to most of the touristy destinations. My only complaint would be they had a small fridge-like appliance that had stickers advising it is not for keeping food or medicine cold. In fact, it was not cold at all! In that case, I feel it would be better to have the rooms without these appliances! It just takes up un necessary space."

There were a few things that did not work as intended but nothing we couldn't work around. It was expensive for what you get, but you're paying for the location."

"This is an absolutely prime location to see Edinburgh for the first time. It’s a 3 minute walk from the drop off and pick up for the Airlink shuttle stop which is cheap and easy to get to and from the airport. Then you’re right on royal mile with quick walks to all the sights. The staff was super kind and helpful and the room was spacious and clean."
