The bed was not that comfortable. We were traveling with children and they did say the pull out bed was comfortable. The area is great for tourist. Very close to every attraction we wanted to see. Close to bus and tram access. The bar next door was quite loud though, to no fault of the property. The property did provide every amenity that we needed including coffee, toiletries, and extra pillows and blankets.

Overall very good, good communication, clean, spacious and well equipped. Fantastic location. 8 minute walk to Royal Mile, 10 minute walk to Festival Theatre. Our apartment was on the side looking over a side street which unfortunately was noisy until late into the night. We did stay fri-monday so being a weekend maybe nosier

It's a central location in old town: 5 minutes from Castle and 2 minutes to Royal mile. Victoria street is next over so it gets a 5 star for location. That comes with its own downside, loud noise from bars was audible well into the night even with the windows closed. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Living room and kitchen are downstairs and king bed and sofa bed are upstairs. We were 2 adults and a kid and were comfortable. The only problem was the thermostat which had its own mind. While we were sleeping the heat would automatically come on and we would wake up feeling warm. The settings are locked and we could not change so it was a bit frustrating.

Such a beautiful space in the heart of Old Town, Edinburgh. The apartment was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities necessary. Perfectly clean and organized, this space felt safe with clear instructions on how to access and manage. Located in a perfect spot in the city centre, I absolutely loved my stay here! Would recommend profusely.

Once we got there, restaurants were nearby and it was a short walk to the castle and the Royal Mile. Thought the bathroom was very nice, also the rest of the space. There are lockers downstairs to leave suitcases as there is no elevator.

The suite was so well equipped; kitchen had fridge, freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. There was also a small table and chairs. Wonderful bath/shampoo products. Great layout and amazing location. We were two staying but had relatives come for dinner and had enough space for 4 at the small kitchen table (moved to living area).

The apartment was spotless and well decorated. We met a housekeeper who was cleaning some of the other apartments, and she was very nice and helpful to us, because we arrived a half an hour earlier than our check-in time and she called management to allow us to access the apartment. The only two problems was that 1. there was no traction in the shower, so my friend slipped and hurt herself. She ended up leaving Scotland a few days earlier than she was supposed to because she was having a hard time walking. I never reported it to the apartment management though. 2. There was no close parking, and the code that we were given wasn’t working, so we had to park at the Edinburgh Waverly parking garage, which was not convenient. Since my friend was hurt, we had to Uber back to the parking garage to get the rental car when we checked out. I have to say that management was very good about responding quickly to my email about the parking code not working for me. I would stay again because of how clean and modern the decor was, and how nice management and the housekeeper was.

The location and apartment were wonderful and suited us perfectly. But it was very noisy with bar below on candlemaker row and noise from in the street going on all night. We would have liked a top sheet and a lighter duvet . It was very warm in the apartment. Could figure out how to alter the air conditioning. . But the presentation and quality otherwise was faultless.

Amazing Edinburgh!

The apartment was excellent, one of the best stays of our entire trip. From the location right by one of my favorite streets, very short walking distance to the Royal Mile, it is in the middle of everything. The Italian restaurant underneath is also extraordinary. The apartment itself was very clean, in like-new condition, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we would need, well worth the $ we paid. If the description included the blue door, as per the picture, it's even easier to locate. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for an apartment easily accessible and centrally located in Edinburgh. The short delay in the company running the card for the required deposit before we could enter the lobby to leave our luggage was minimal and resolved with a quick phone call.

Given these have been recently refurbished the apartments are in excellent condition. The finishing and furnishings are of a high quality. One major let down is the noise from the street, it was a Saturday night but it kept us awake most of the night and spoiled what was otherwise a lovely break

The property is conveniently located near the Royal Mile and is in excellent condition. They have luggage storage on ground floor if you arrive early before check-in which was convenient. The communication was inadequate as they missed informing in advance that I need to provide credit card info for security deposit. I had to scramble on the same morning of the check in to connect to the property management through Expedia and get a link to provide that information. I could do that effortlessly being a platinum Expedia member (kudos to Expedia customer service). The property management messaged that my access code will not work until card info is provided for security deposit on the same morning after I arrived in Edinburgh. Luckily I checked the message upon landing at EDI, otherwise I would have faced an unpleasant surprise of access code not working despite making the full payment. Overall property is in excellent condition, but it is located above an extremely noisy bar (OZ Bar), which was a major hassle with extremely loud noise levels of rowdy young crowds yelling and screaming until 3am on. Org nights we were there. We couldn’t sleep properly until 3am on both night. I would not recommend this property solely for that reason.
