"Villa is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a lovely garden of mature trees and plants including a gorgeous pool. It was too cool to benefit from outdoor kitchen and pool but we enjoyed spending time outdoors on lounge chairs . Property was securely fenced for dogs to run and park car. It is close to historic Xabia and roads leading to Calpe, Denia, etc. areas in Costa Blanca we toured for a month. "The villa was perfect for our 2 families. My family of 5 stayed on the first floor with 1 double and 2 twin rooms all sharing a modern bathroom with a great shower. The whole area was bright and had plenty of areas to sit relax and eat. Kitchen although compact was well equipped like the priority in general. The other family of 4 had the ground floor with a double with en-suite and a twin room and separate bathroom. The downstairs is a little more tired than the upstairs but again had everything...

"Casa Rosa is a perfect villa for a family holiday. We were 4 adults and 1 child, we had plenty of space inside the villa (which was very well equipped) and 2 bathrooms which was very useful. The pool area is large and clean and had plenty of seating and loungers for everyone. The walk to restaurants and shops was short and easily managed by our two and a half year old.
