Our stay at Hotel Borgia

The room, shower and general facilites were very good although the actual room furniture was a little “tired” and could do with being renewed. The staff were friendly and helpful and the secure parking at the winter rate of 7€ was I thought very reasonable. The location for the historic part Gandía was perfect. The meals in the restaurant at 12€ for a set menu (3 choices x 3 course both at lunchtime and evening dinner was very good. Breakfast we did not use.

Bett gut, Grosses Badezimmer mit sehr kurzer Badewanne. Zimmergrösse gut. 4 deutsche TV Sender, aber kein einziger funktionierte (Abzug in der Bewertung) Parkpläte vor dem Hotel gegen kleine Gebühr und zeitlich beschränkt. Hotel Parkplatz 7€ pro Tag, direkt am Haus. Frühstück reichhaltig, aber einige Speisen nicht warm genug.

Posiblemente el único hotel en Gandía ciudad, a dos pasos del Paseo de Germaníes, supermercados, restaurantes, etc. En general, buena atención del personal. Puntos a mejorar...el aire acondicionado de la habitación lo tienen deshabilitado. Solo funciona en temporada de verano - pasamos calor en la habitación y teníamos que abrir la puerta del balcón. Las habitaciones (mobiliario) necesitan ser renovadas. Muy buen desayuno, incluido el chocolate con churros los domingos. Tiene estacionamiento. Atención: muchos hoteles en la playa no tienen estacionamiento.

Nos toco una habitacion,sin reformar antigua y con los muebles para tirar. Especialmente el escritorio con agujeros y agrietado en superficie. Esta habitacion daba a un patio interior sucio y lugubre ,tipo hospital, y que no se podia cubrir dicha ventana con una cortina igual de antigua e insuficiente para que no entrase luz en la habitacion. Tambien estaba contigua al ascensor por lo que los sonidos de su uso se oian claramente. La cisterna del wc es como si despegase un jumbo ,no he oido una igual. Y lo malo que oyes la de todas las habitaciones cercanas. Se oye todo de habitaciones y pasillos ,conversaciones ,pasos ,etc , teniendo una nula insonorizacion. Y claro a las 4 de la madrugada llegaron unos indeseables clientes con gritos ,golpes que no estuvieron menos de 30 minutos armandola y en el que el hotel solo amenazo con llamar a policia en vez de llamarla y desalojarlos. En positivo el personal,agradable y sevicial y la comida abundante aunque falta de calidad y el parking absolutamente necesario por la zona en que se encuentra el hotel

Las paredes son muy finas y la pareja que teniamos en la otra pieza no nos dejo dormir en toda la noche, televisión muy alta, la habitación muy bien y el personal también, tal vez aislar un poco mas las paredes entre habitaciones sería una muy buena idea, por lo demás contentos de haber elegido este hotel
