"I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The space was clean and well-maintained, and Jacob was quick and easy to communicate with throughout the process. The location is perfect, close to everything I needed. I especially enjoyed relaxing on the nice, big porch. One thing to note is that while one of the rooms has a great shower, it doesn’t have a full bathroom, just a sink and shower. But overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it!"

"We could not take full advantage of the Kosher kitchen because it was Passover, nonetheless With lots of paper plates and buying an extra set of cutlery did the trick. Also, we were provided with disposable Kiddush, cups, Havdalah candles, and spices for Havana’s without even asking for them. "Great 2 bedroom apartment close to Jaffa Street. The views and balcony were incredible. For me, this is the highlight. The property is spacious with good common spaces and kitchen. The apartment was a 15 minute walk from the old city and 5 minute walk to market. Overall, the location was very central for West Jerusalem. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We stayed here for two weeks and it was a perfect location for us. It is well situated on a lively family beach, with surfing, paddle boards, and clean restrooms. "Even when the property is nice, the administration is the worst experience I've ever had: Parking was included, and they did not provide it. I immediately requested for the parking access card and they only responded: "we are working on a solution" - never solved it. We were fined twice, and they never responded. The communication is really bad. Additionally, we were charged (externally from VRBO, an extra charge added to the 100% that we paid via VRBO. Without that payment, they would not...

Some lights and hot water didnt work half the time. Our parking spot was given to someone else by the property owner. We had to use paid parking. The owner became unresponsive for days. Etc."
