"The location is great, just a few steps from the Carmel market. The communication with staff was great and they were very accommodating. The couch in the living room is amazing comfortable for a good snooze and the AC was great. Also, the beach is only 5 blocks away. "Very friendly welcoming staff. Excellent position, clean room. Excellent breakfast. Room is clean and comfortable. In out room anyway (superior room) there was no separate washroom. The shower and toilet were in their own separate cubicles. Our room was facing the street and there was street noise early in the morning. If you are a light sleeper ask for a quieter room not facing the street. Overall we had a really enjoyable stay and enjoyed our 3 nights there. "
