The hotel absolutely lived up to its reputation. We only stayed for one night, but it was enough to appreciate the warm and friendly service, breathtaking views, and exceptional food. Everything felt thoughtfully curated to create a unique experience. We hope to return in the spring, summer, or fall to enjoy the warmer weather and explore all that Mitzpe Ramon has to offer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable desert getaway!

One of the most amazing vacation experiences I’ve ever had. They truly thought about every detail to make sure your stay was spectacular. The staff and service was on another level, ensuring your every need was met. The food was mouth watering and absolutely every meal was cooked to perfection. A Relaxing and Enjoyable Stay

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, the food was delicious, and the accommodations were of the highest quality. The private pool provided a luxurious and relaxing experience. Adding a patio heater near the pool would be a great enhancement for cooler evenings. Overall, a fantastic experience—we highly recommend it!

An impeccable hotel

Staff went out of their way to be friendly and useful. The hotel paid attention to the smallest detail including cold water on your home trip. Speacial efforts were made to merge the hotel with the desert landscape.

Beautiful property,tried both restaurants for dinner. Food was excellent as well as service. Spa was good, however, we were not told or shown facilities. That should be part of what happens during spa check in. Instead I found everything myself after the massage.

Spectacular Getaway

Fabulous. Gorgeous hotel, spectacular views, amazing amenities. Genius to locate this hotel on the Ramon "crater". Architecture, pools, simply outstanding. From the front desk, to the golf carts, to the spa staff, 10 out of 10. My only suggestion would be to provide more information--in English--on how to access the bell boys and golf carts and to provide more beverages/snacks in the rooms.

The Dinner is Overrated

The restaurant was a disappointment. Many recommended on the food in this hotel. It was ok, the quality was ok, the variety was ok, but it wasn't fine dining at all. We liked only few of the dishes. The main courses both in the dinner and breakfast were in medium quality. I personally don't like the check-in process where you have too many steps and it has to go by their book. The room was ok, the view was ok, the cleaning was also ok.

Stunning place! some improvement needed

probably one of the most beautiful locations in the world. the crate is amazing and so does the view from the hotel. The fancy utilities and the unique appearance of the facilities are super cool. Perfect place for a romantic break. The few comments i do have are given the price of this experience, there are quite a few things that were not matching the price: Rozmarine restaurant - the dinner provides a big variaty of bouffet and main courses, but non are very good and some are even poor. Room Service - maybe a fluke, but our order took almost twice the time it was supposed to and we had to call several times to check up on it. received the food quite late which was a bit annoying. Toilet floor - yes i know its sounds weird, but because of the tiling which are "wall-like" stone, it gets flooded with every small tap open. make the whole toilet room a small pond which doesn't go away.

Amazing and helpful staff. Pool and gym are state of the art. All foods being kosher are a big plus, breakfast buffet is amazing and fresh as well as the drinks pool side. You are Litterally in nature overlooking one the most amazing creations god has made
