"I checked in at the late hour of 11:30 PM when my previous booking fell through. Hotel was absolutely stunning high end, but price was about 1/3 what I expected. Staff was exceptional. "

"The reception staff not very friendly/amenable
The room according to your description should have had an accessible bathtub. All rooms of this grade only had showers with no handrails.
Asked for a room with bathtub wanted over £100 extra per night!
The room which was quite spacious had 3 steps on entering the room! No warning signs nor from staff.
And had 3 dark steps from the bedroom into the lounge.
Being positive the restarant breakfast and the staff there were excellent and attentive.
In conclusion - hotel excellent except for no bathtub and the potential dangerous 2 sets of steps inside room and had we known would not have t booked the room."
