"Overall the perfect stay. The breakfast room can be very crowded. Microwave in room would have been appreciated for our take-out dinners or leftovers. Real cream provided somewhere for the coffee in room would have been nice too. Just one front desk person was not friendly at check-in or helpful with bike storage info. Others were great. We'd stay there again definitely."

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I also really appreciated the great value for the price. The only thing I’d hope for in the future is air conditioning, especially during warmer days—it would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Victoria."
