"The room was beautiful and the hotel was perfectly located on the inner harbor with easy walking and access to downtown and the inner harbor attractions."

"They told me that there’s an upgrade to my room however it is not a harbour view. Then they said “their system made a mistake and gave my room to someone else”, and they can only offer me something not as good. And they call that an “upgrade”. I. The end, they called another guest and swapped our rooms. So I still get a room similar to what I booked - king bed in a suite, with harbour view. The room is fantastic. This accident was the only downside of this trip. My guess is that they had to gave my room to someone more “royal” than I am, and only tried to fool me with a so called “upgrade”. The “upgrade” was either a room with two queen beds and harbour view, or a room with king bed and crater, no harbour view. Hard to say any of these two is comparable to what I booked. "

"Excellent 2 day stay no complaints"

"Even if you ask for daily cleaning they don't make the bed or clean. They just clear the garbage cans and replace towels. Disappointed since I asked for this service. No air conditioning (no big deal in the spring but would not be a comfortable stay in the summer)."

"Really helpful staff. Great on site dining. Can’t beat the location and the views. Heads up though there’s a Reno underway in the Laurel wing. A bit of noise."

"My stay was fine but my check in was not good. Frist I arrive 5 min before checking time and my room was not ready they told me to come back in 10 and I did. The the room they give me was not cleaning ready and then told me that I was gonna have to change room the next day thank goodness I did not. House skipping never came witch I did requested. I guess I may have been good luck. The gym is poor with equipment. Not the best. "

"We loved the beautiful grounds. The food was excellent. The staff very accommodating. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view of the harbor. We would definitely stay here again."
