Great room in an excellent location, 5 minutes walk to Paddington station. Lovely clean room with a view of Norfolk Square. The staff were really friendly and incredibly helpful.

The staff were exceptional, incredibly helpful and accommodating. The food and drinks at Pippin was great and great service. The room was cleaned every day before I returned and I had a great view.

Location is excellent with Gloucester Road Underground just minutes away with direct line to London Heathrow Airport. Numerous cafes and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good quality Staff always helpful Good around hotel and would stay here again.

I would highly recommend staying here, I needed to add an extra day on my booking I called and spoke to Shaheen she was super helpful in how to adjust my booking online. On arriving Shaheen was working, she was so lovely and organised so I could stay in the same room for my entire stay even though I had 2 bookings. The staff were excellent. Couldn’t do enough for you at reception and concierge. The Calvary Bar was very nice. The only issue was there was no bar fridge in the room.
