"I have stayed at this resort off and on for approximately 10 times. Each stay has been with kids. I have enjoyed every stay. The kids have fun. The staff is great. The property is generally well maintained and clean. The hotel has a mix of different pools, shops, and venues. It is a short walk to downtown HB. I particularly like the bridge across PCH to get to the beach. It makes it easy and safe. I think my only negative comment is that the food is just average at best. Nothing really knocks your socks off, even the more expensive venues. However, that has never served as any reason to not come back. We always do."

"Loved my stay and experience at this property! The staff was very attentive, respectful and helpful. Whether as a solo traveler or bringing the family along for the journey the property seemed to have something for everything. The location is absolutely amazing and close to so many great activities, restaurants and shopping. I even got to experience a wedding party on site! Treehouse is fun and lively on the weekends with the overall property being the restful retreat I needed!"

"This beach house is a family tradition for us for over 20 years we come every summer it has the perfect beach view and it is right on the sand with seconds to the ocean. The house is kept very clean, updated beach vibe decor and well stocked kitchen by ownership. Any requests or questions ownership is very responsive and hands on all the maintenance. We can’t say enough about how much this place just feels like a home and has everything you need for the perfect beach stay!"

"Not fancy but very convenient. Location is very good. Rooms were decorated super cute they were clean and comfortable. The deck was nice to sit on to look at the ocean."
