"Nothing bad to say, we only spent a limit time of the one night there, loved the room, and staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"We are Hilton Gold Members. This was our worst experience ever. The room: the room was mostly clean, if not a bit dated. It had horrible lighting. We turned on every light in the room, and it was still incredibly dark. The shower was horrible. There was no water pressure. With the shower setting engaged, water was still coming out of the faucet. I had to rinse my hair in the sink to get all the shampoo out. Also, they need to clean the carpets. They were gross to walk on. The Lobby: in the mornings the breakfast area was freezing. They did seem to turn up the heat in the evenings. The big issue: at 12:30 am on our first night, our room filled up with marijuana smoke. My daughter and I are allergic. She started vomiting, and I developed a severe migraine. When I went to the front desk, they said the only thing they could do was move us to another room AT 12:30 AM. We had just driven 275 miles, it was frustrating. The next day the marijuana smoke was even worse. It permeated the hallways. The front desk said it was the other guests' legal right to smoke it. I agree...but OUTSIDE. This is a non-smoking hotel. I will fight to the death for people's right to smoke it OUTSIDE, but not inside a non-smoking hotel. Staff said they cannot knock on people's doors to find the source, so we had no recourse. Very ineffective staff. It was just a horrible stay."

"What a gem! Clean, friendly, convenient hotel with great amenities! Plenty of parking, quick highway access, comfortable room, friendly staff - would absolutely stay again! "

"Check in was ok . Not the greatest. Staff is quite stand off ish. My boyfriend and I complained about the tv not working as soon as we checked in and the front desk asked if it was a Samsung. One we said yes she went on to say “ oh they are giving us problems.” What does that even mean? Breakfast food was not cooked thoroughly and we were told only cash or room charge because the debit - credit card machine is out of service. Parking is horrible since it’s a parking lot shared with the Avis car rentals too. "

"Beautiful hotel , walls are super thin and you can hear everything next door "

"The rooms were unbearably hot and stuffy. We were told the AC was not on and if we wanted to cool the rooms, open the windows. There were child locks on the windows and we had to call the front desk to get the info on how to open them. This was a hotel wide issue and no one was advised of the cooling issue. Also, the fire alarm went off at 7am and then abruptly stopped."

"I thought I was getting a free breakfast. Turns out I was charged $30 for a 8.00 IHOP breakfast. + tip. The waitresses were excellent though. All else good"
