"Stayed for 4 nights in May 2026 - first the Good - Concierge staff were great and very nice and helpful. The bad - the beds are like slabs of marble so if you have a bad back maybe not for you. Rooms a very small and when we asked to change we were told that all the rooms were the same which is not true. Now the ugly - pretty sure we were bitten by BED BUGS, but cant be certain, but most likely."

"We had breakfast once in a 6 night stay- the food selection excellent but hot dishes were cold- the room was crowded very noises and staff pretty average. Over priced. Housekeeping staff average didn’t notice lamps needing replacing and a mess on carpet was overlooked for 15 hours It’s pretty average 5 star hotel."
