"This property worked out great for us. It was very clean and an ideal location. Restaurants and stores are very close and near the turnpike. The hot tub was not functioning, but we didn't plan on using it anyway. Sofia was very accommodating when it came to parking our cars. The house only has parking for two cars with no street parking. Sophia worked out a way to get our third car in the driveway solving our issue. The house came with everything we needed for our four week stay. The...

"The house was clean upon arrival; however, not all items listed as available at the house were available (for example beach towels). We texted and received a response they would be delivered but never received them. Also, pillows in the rooms could use an upgrade. Overall we had a good stay but not at the level of most other homes we have stayed at. "

"There was no stay at all. I can’t believe you are even sending this to me. We were notified 2 hours before check in that the property wasn’t available. We spent the whole weekend rearranging our plans with NO help from VRBO. The fact that I got this message say everything — you have no clue what’s going on with your customere"
