"Nice place. Close to everything "

"We had a very nice stay at the tiny house! (Keep in mind, it is tiny) But very comfortable!! An unique experience and the property was outstanding compared to all the other units in the vicinity. It had a nice spacious canal front deck, and kayaks with a launching deck. Complete mini kitchen and great coffee preps. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean and updated. Decorated nicely! Loved the loft! Great alternative to a hotel room. We would definitely stay at Matlacha Tiny...

"Overall, the property was very nice. The location wasn’t as busy as the rest of the units, we were located at the end. We booked with only 4 guests to enjoy the house to ourselves. The game room was nice, the boys loved it. The unit is very spacious. Kitchen has air fryer, microwave, toaster, essentials we needed. The pool was clean, house appeared clean. The theater room was nice once we figured out how to use it. Cons: we played every game in the game room except the air hockey table- the...

"We loved the house. Plenty of space and lots to do between the pool, arcade room, and theater room. We also enjoyed the multiple clubhouse waterparks we had access to. We had a couple issues with the pool and a/c but property management resolved quickly. Highly recommend booking this house"

"The home was filled with kids coloring books, games, essentials, and pool toys. There were plenty of towels, bedding, & pillows. Everything was labeled so it made it stress free on finding things or trying to figure out what button worked what. We were very pleased and highly recommend!! Thank you!!"

"My family and I really enjoyed staying at Phillip and Ambers property. The neighborhood was beautiful and they thought of everything- there were extra blankets and pillows, soap, games and even ponchos! I’m not sure that the cost for pool heat was worth it as it was still too cold to be tolerable but we made do inside. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and are grateful to our hosts for opening their home!"

"Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service..."

"I booked this last minute as an add on to visiting friends near Naples because I wanted to check out the Englewood area which I had not been to in many years. I could not be more pleased with both the accommodations and the area! This unit has been nicely updated and is very well maintained, clean and comfortable. It has everything you need to stay in and cook if you want and is just a short walk to a convenience store, a great seafood market and several good restaurants if you want to go out....

"Property was really close to the interstate, there’s also a really good Cuban cafe down the street. Home wasn’t dirty but could have used better cleaning. Shower looked dirty on the corners and also found someone’s wallet on the side of the bed, not sure how they missed that if they cleaned the room? "

"Overall we were happy with the property! Our kids enjoyed the pool and the themed rooms.The front door lock was a bit hard to figure out at first, but the house was ready when we arrived at check in. The minimal toiletries that they stated would be there weren't (other than a trash bag), so we had to run out immediately after arriving for toilet paper and paper towels. Bummer they dont offer the Resort ammenties or we would book again next time to golf as well."

"Weather was perfect. Location and view were even better than expected. While there are trees on the lot. There is plenty of sun on the pool area. The retractable awning was a nice addition and supplied relief when we wanted shade. Great golf course, near perfect condition. The club house is very nice. Food prices are very reasonable. Looking forward to possibly vacating again at this site"
