"I stayed 2 nights, and had one night to possibly sleep well, they didn’t remove alarm programming from the bedside alarm clocks and it went off at 6am when I could have slept until almost 1pm. Half the staff I approached couldn’t even communicate in English. I paid good money for a suite and they credited me one night of resort fees for ruining my entire stay. What a joke. I would only stay here if it was my only option, I would not recommend. Even when speaking to a manager they didn’t care and were a little rude because I was asking them to credit both nights of the resort fees, which frankly are a joke to begin with. They want Vegas level resort fees for red roof level and quality amenities. No pool, tired building, my room the furniture looked like crap, the bed was uncomfortable. I hope I never have to return."

"The room was absolutely spotless, with every corner nicely arranged, creating such a warm and inviting vibe. The staff was super friendly and always ready to lend a hand, which made my stay even better! As for the casino, it still has that same fun atmosphere and familiar layout that I loved from my last visit, buzzing with vibrant lights and the exciting sounds of spinning slot machines."

"The room was well run down, and needs a total renovation. Everything looks like it is from the 1970's, and is literally falling apart. The staff was ok, and check in was decent. The pool is non-operational, and under construction. So no swimming, and no hot tub. The room, and hallways did smell like smoke.... both tobacco, and other substances. Elevators were sketchy, and one was out of service during our visit. The bathroom shower was terrible, with no water pressure. The area this hotel is located in, is not one you want to be after dark. There is nothing worth while nearby this hotel, and you will have to drive to get to anything decent. Will never again visit this establishment, as there are many better options out there."
