"We picked this hotel because of its great location. There is a massive construction project on the ferry, which very surprisingly wasn't an issue for travel or noise at night. The breakfast is pretty good and the bed was comfortable. What truly stood out was our check in. There was a very large group of older cyclists that arrived at the same time as us, probably around 30 people. At the same time, there was a gentleman who was apparently not liking the room he had picked online. The front desk person, Leigh, not only offered real solutions, but also was very professional and courteous despite the situation. I was very impressed. We will definitely stay here again next trip."

"We really liked our stay! Nice and clean and comfortable. Liked the opening window for fresh air. One thing that could be improved on is the pillows for the bed…they are not comfy!"

"Unfortunately the pool was closed for all but the last night of our stay. Disappointed as this is why we booked this location, but mantinace issue are some time out of anyone's control. Elevator went down as well, but fixed within 24hr."
