They have started some maintenance at the reception office and I would imagine they plan to continue with maintenance around the whole property. Pricing was appropriate. I would stay again. We stayed for one night and left in the morning only found a charge on my credit card of 91.53 $ the next day (surely not for the accommodation as it has been fully paid beforehand.) "Very unhappy that on arrival at about 6pm reception was closed. Lady in chip shop next door was not pleased that once again she had to act as receptionist for the "hotel" and directed us to a note on the door with a phone number to ring. Had we not had a mobile phone we'd have had to sleep in the car! In the end we got hold of somebody and was directed to a key box. Then had to wade through a 1" puddle in a car port to access the stairs to the room. Advertised on Expedia as with a sea view....

"The location is great as you can walk to Port Campbell beach (5mins walk) where there are restaurants and cafes. It’s 10km from the 12 Apostles and 6km to the Loch Arch Gorge which are beautiful sights. The 2 bedrooms unit we stayed in were very clean, however no couch and the bedrooms were very small. The unit is older and can do with some update, but the electric blankets on the beds were wonderfully warm. "

"Clean and comfortable cottage. Well equipped. We appreciated the hanging hooks for coats, wet towels, etc.; the bathroom shelf for putting toilet bags on and the extensive kitchen equipment. The milk in the fridge was much appreciated! If I had to be picky I'd say the decor and bathroom are a bit tired. We visited in an unseasonably cold November and were very grateful for the heater. "The property was very comfortable well appointed with two lounges, Air Con, and good cooking utensils. Specially the fantastic nonstick frypan. Bed was super comfy. And the little touches of separate sheets and waffle doona cover made it a real home away from home."
