"We absolutely loved staying at this property. It was only a short walk to the beach, and we found the location perfect for our family. There was ample space to safely store our boat and bikes, and plenty of yard space for the kids to enjoy. We were able to ride our bikes down the esplanade and enjoyed walking down the street to a lovely cafe for our morning coffee and delicious pastries. "This is an amazing property close to a park and has direct access to the beach. The property is fully fenced with loads of outside space for the kids. Inside the house is very clean with loads of room for all filled with quality appliances and furnishings and the same can be said about the deck area. There was also plenty of room to park the boat and vehicles. We would definitely stay here again. Mark S."

Only 1 negative comment is that a light blanket on the beds would have been better than a thick doona which while cosy was too warm for qld temperatures. "Lils place is fabulous. We stayed 5 nights but wish it was longer. The house has everything you would need and more, it was extremely clean and spacious, easy to find, in a terrific location, has plenty of room, all the fans worked, the outdoor space was great for all meals. The garden is lovely, the lawns were freshly mowed and there is a hose supplied right next to the driveway to rinse off feet and the cars. Kev is the caretaker and a very helpful guy. "We had a lovely stay at Jack's Shack. This villa was well presented, spacious for our family of four, and located in close proximity to the river, and not far from the town's shopping precinct. We appreciated being able to park our car behind a gate. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed using the barbeque too. It was great to know there was a washing machine available if we needed it. We just needed to bring sheets and towels - blankets were provided. Can highly recommend."

Nice big property with excellent location only 2 mins from the main resort. Awesome kitchen, clean bathrooms, pool table, and good parking. The bedding was worn out and basic amenities such as toilet paper not sufficient and can be improved. Overall highly recommended. "

The only downside was actually some people’s lack of consideration towards others - stomping feet like herd of elephants or moving furniture around on the top floor at 10pm or 6am , or ‘singing’/screaming like possessed from their balcony at night.
