Welcome to your holiday haven on World Heritage Listed K'gari -Fraser Island. Our home is the perfect place to spend your time when you aren't exploring fabulous Fraser Island. Just a few minutes drive on bitumen from the barge in the Kingfisher Bay Resort precinct, but far enough away to have your peace & quiet in a beautiful bush setting - this 3 bedroom home sleeps up to 10 people, making it the perfect place for couples, families or groups of friends.

Amazing stay at Kokomo. Clean, comfortable space in a great location with easy access to attractions/restaurants. The host was responsive and welcoming, check-in was seamless, and the amenities Wi-Fi, good coffee and comfy bed made it feel like a home away from home. Great value for the price. Would stay again!

The house was big enough for us all and the pool table was a hit with the teens. Huge BBQ and deck were a bonus too!The lace monitor we saw on the last day was the icing on the cake! Thanks Kokomo and Jan for making amazing memories for us all!

Beautiful home for friends and family to share

We were very lucky to spend Christmas at Kokomo with friends and family. The house was absolutely perfect and access to the beach and resort facilities an amazing bonus. We'll be back!

Relaxing Stay

My husband and our friends had a great time, we were able to check in early to align with our barge which was super helpful and the house was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. the outdoor shower was a nice touch and was used by all. Looking forward to taking some friends here again

Wonderful stay

It is a great house with a wonderful large deck where you can enjoy the outdoors of the bush surrounding. The pool table was a bonus for our bunch of teens and kept them entertained for hours. Kokomo is an excellent base to explore K'gari.

Gorgeous house, short distance from shops, surrounded by bushland and away from neighbours. Having 2 hoses made cleaning cars so easy! We loved our time staying at Kokomo, you’d be crazy not to stay here

Beautiful house and spot to stay!

Kokomo is in a nice, quiet spot and is an open, airy and modern home. It easily slept and catered for our two families and looked exactly as advertised. It was a perfect base for us to explore all that Fraser Island has to offer. The only disappointing thing is that we didn't stay longer! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Kokomo at Kingfisher Bay

The property was great, but it was a long way from the resort facilities in an area that looked a bit run down. We have stayed at Kingfisher many times before and always stayed in a property that was within walking distance. I think Kokomo must be the furthest property away from the resort facilities.

The house was lovely. Modern, clean and with all the conveniences of home. Great big outdoor deck. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Nice to be able to use the resort facilities too. We loved it.

Kokomo house and stayed 8 days

We will definitely come back to the Kingfisher resort and stay stay at one of there villas!We had 3 massages at your day spa, we loved the staff at the convenience store and lived there coffees, we had 3 nights at the Samd and Wood bar, exceptional experience and food, ate for buffet breakfast on our last morning on checkout. Pool was beautiful and very accommodating to us!One of the rangers at lake Mackenzie was so knowledgeable and helpful and we could of stayed talking to her all day she was a very lovely lady, did not get her name.Tammy from sea link barge was amazing also.All resort staff were amazing only a few at reception were not very informative but overall resort was beautiful.

Relaxing Holiday Home for a Memorable Fraser Island Getaway

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this holiday house! It was the perfect home for our group of six adults, offering plenty of space and comfort. The house had such a relaxing vibe, making it easy to unwind and fully enjoy our holiday.The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet—allowing us to truly embrace the Fraser Island experience. Whether we were relaxing at the house, dining at the resort, playing tennis, or setting off on adventures around the island, this home provided the perfect base for it all.A word of advice for future visitors: it’s essential to bring all your supplies with you. While you can pick up some items on the island, availability is VERY limited.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I always knew I would love Fraser, but staying in this house made it so much more relaxing and special. Thank you Jan

A little slice of heavan

We ventured to Fraser Island as a group of 2 families with a total of 5 adults and 4 children, and the house easily and comfortably accomadated us all. The house was located in a secluded area in the resort which we liked, with plenty of widelife around. We were greeted each morning by a couple of Kookaburras and a goanna made an appearance every now and then. The house itself looked as beutiful as it does in the photographs, with spacious rooms, a great kitchen and huge veranda. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute we spent at the house. Even though the majority of the day was spent exploring the beutiful island it was nice to come home to a relaxing environment where we could spend quality family time, cook up a storm (including the fresh fish we caught daily at the jetty), and a have warm shower or soak in the huge bath. Another bonus was having the washing machine and dyer there to throw on a load of washing or two when required. I also wanted to say thank you to Jan who always responded to my messages swiftly, I was particularly impressed with her offer of an eariler check in and her agreeance to a later check out, you don't find that too often these days. Thankyou Kokomo and Jan for a glorious 8 nights and for the ever lasting memories of a fabulous holiday. We sat on the deck numerous times discussing how wonderful it would be to own a beautiful house like this in such a beautiful location. It sucks being back to reality and already miss our little slice of heaven.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kokomo House. The house itself was stunning, set in a beautiful location that was perfect for our group stay. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained, and the house had all the essentials we needed. While it was a little bit of a drive to some of the main tourist attractions, it was well worth it for the peaceful setting. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.
