"Conveniently located, friendly staff but unfortunately that’s it. Even though it offers individual rooms, in terms of quality of the amenities and (lack of) soundproofing it’s definitely a hostel and not a hotel."

"The check in was available earlier than mentioned on the website which was fantastic from the start.
The room was very modern and clean and I had a great view from my balcony.
I was traveling on business and the location next to the tube station was perfect for me. The location itself is also great. Next to the mall and river.
If I was to come to Madrid again I would definitely be staying here again. "

Rooms were great if a bit dark, beds comfortable. We did get a bit hot, as the A/C was not fantastic, and it was middle of summer. Really well located, across the street from Parque del Retiro.
