Staff were polite and helpful, room was clean, hotel overall was beautiful. The only thing was there is no room service which was a little surprising. Would stay again.

This is the most terrible place to stay. No deep clean undertaken in ann extremely long time. Only surface clean. Cottage smelt of old fat and cooking. The bbq was unusable it was that disgusting. One of the prettiest places to visit and stay in Victoria. Great restaurants and cafes and perfect for couples especially.

Disappointed for venue that presents online as a high class property. Online had you thinking you were in bush. Reality was you overlooked a car park. Checkin was took an eternity. For whole of 2 day stay main tv did not work. Villa was not clean.

Beautiful place and will return again in the summer months. At the time of our visit the weather was cool and wet and left us with limited places to enjoy.
