Both bedrooms offer a unique charm of their own. The second bedroom has a separate bathroom and a dressing area, whilst the master is ensuite with a large walk-in shower. Perfectly nestled within its natural environment, you will experience serene views that extend across doctors gully from the back porch.

The large garden with four seating/dining areas is ideal for outdoor entertaining, star gazing and nature watching all through the summer months.

Located in the idyllic town of Hepburn Springs, everything you could desire is a short stroll from your home away from home. Wake up, throw a towel over your shoulder and take a 3-minute stroll across the road and over the footbridge to the famous Hepburn Bathhouse for a soak in the mineral-rich waters. From there, explore Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve that offers walking tracks and picnic grounds with majestic trees, trickling streams and beautiful views.

Spend the afternoon grabbing a coffee and perusing the local galleries and shops and if you are not returning home to light the fire in winter, then maybe dine at any one of the regions amazing restaurants to top off your experience.

Beautifully Appointed house and Garden
Fabulous location. Tastefully furnished and decorated throughout. Linen was beautiful and the kitchen had everything and more you could need. I just loved this home. A short stroll to the eateries close by and merely minutes to the Hepburn Bath house. Definitely a fabulous home to choose to stay in

A cottage that will make your heart sing
Illoura was everything that it was advertised to be, and so much more! From the moment we walked into this exquisite property, we were taken aback by its beauty, the attention to detail & the thoughtful welcome pack left for us by the owners. This property is so tastefully decorated, we felt like we were stepping straight into a home fresh out of a magazine. The beds were extremely comfortable, the linen sublime, the kitchen was fully equipped & the information folders were easy to follow & extremely helpful. The garden on this property was enchanting & our absolute highlight. Sitting on the veranda with a glass of red, a cheese platter, surrounded by the breathtaking gardens was heaven. The location of this property was perfect. We were a short stroll to the Main Street of Hepburn Springs, which provided a lovely variety of café’s & restaurants. Having peppers resort around the corner was a handy surprise also. We highly recommend Illoura & hope whom ever stays here will have the same beautiful experience as we did!

A beautiful, clean and thoughtfully appointed little cottage in a fabulous location. Our family enjoyed two nights at Illoura during winter. The cottage was warm, cozy and had everything we needed, including quality towels and linen. The hamper of local products left for us was a lovely touch, we especially enjoyed the hot chocolate and marshmallows.
