"This was the worst VRBO that we have ever stayed at. First, the owners are horrible with communication. Not only did I try multiple times to contact them, VRBO did as well with no response. Somewhere between 12-14 hours before check in they FINALLY sent the check in information.ROOM: It's up a flight of steep stairs that was not mentioned in the description. While the pictures make the apartment look nice, it was far from it. The bathroom had no heat blowing in it and the walls were ice...

"My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights with our 6 month old baby and we had an amazing time. The apartment is in a great location. Easy to walk to Central Park, 5th Ave. the Metro and local restaurants/grocery stores so it was simple to get out and about to explore. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped with the addition of the pack and play available to us on arrival. "

Walking distance to theatres, times square, sooo many restaurants and subway when we needed it to get across town to Brooklyn. Alex was so responsive and helpful before and during our stay."
