"Hotel was lovely and the grounds were beautiful. Staff were helpful and the hotel is in a great location. We only had breakfast at the hotel but the food was nice and service good. The room was really nice too however the waterfall shower didn’t get hot and we had to use the hand held part instead. Also our room did not have a coffee machine which is a shame."

Check in was a little frustrating as you are trying to fill in the registration form and at the same time being given information, which you struggle to take in, would make more sense to give you a piece of paper with all the hotel information to read at your leisure. "Hotel is easy to get to with free parking, we had a quick and very friendly check in including a welcome pack for the dog including a ball and some treats. All the staff were super friendly during the stay and really helpful. Room was clean and comfortable with everything we might need (hairdryer/kettle/tv etc). We enjoyed the free hot breakfast buffet each day. The hotel is over the road from Apsley train station so great access to London or MK if needed. Decent range of food from the hotel menu with a local pub and several restaurants next to the nearby canal if you dont fancy going into town. We had a great stay and will use again next time."
