Very Clean rooms. Very small lifts. The showers are very dangerous because they’re elevated with no handlebars. Very easy to fall. The hotel is located in a very convenient area of London. Very close to nice cafés and the tube stations. Sanjeev and Veronica are amazing hosts !

The staff was real friendly and helpful. I had a long flight coming into London Heathrow and unfortunately had to wait a long time for my room to be ready. I was hoping that even when check in time is 2 pm that there would be certain rooms available for those travelers that come in earlier

The hotel is overpriced but that's never going to change given the location. The thing that irks me most is the lack of any sockets or charging points next to the bed. I keep being told that the rooms are being updated but it hasn't happened yet
