The caretaker Russell was so friendly and helpful and was very visible on site cleaning, working hard to keep everything ticking over. 10/10 for service with a smile with Russell. Would highly recommend this place as a great one to stay at if you head up to Bright 😀"

"An amazing location so very close to a central lift but with that came lots of noise from the pub downstairs when you wanted to chill after a day on the slopes. Unreliable wifi prohibited streaming anything on TV and requests to staff for assistance always received the same response ‘I’ll phone the manager and call you back’ rather than a resolution. Disappointing experience given the price. "
