" We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would highly recommend it. Not only is location perfect and the value for money excellent, but the staff here are truly wonderful. They really could not do enough for us during our stay and helped us with every little query, even setting up grab on our phones! We accidentally misread our flight time on the morning we were checking out and they swiftly helped us reschedule our taxi and make our flight on time. There are loads of wonderful restaurants around and it is the ideal location for day trips (most tours will collect you from the lobby). If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Hanoi, this is the place!"

"I recently stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, and I had an incredibly pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. They helped us with our bags all the way to the room and presented us with a welcome drink and refreshing towels. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, with something for every taste. The location is convenient. It's central to many major attractions with great dining options nearby. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. "
