"It was the perfect place for a ladies weekend! The road up is a little daunting, but the house is so worth it! The views were amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed sipping coffee while watching the sunrise over the mountains. The kitchen and the entertainment room had everything we needed to stay in but we did venture out one afternoon to enjoy nearby Mars Hill, which is lovely and charming. The hot tub and fire pit were a perfect way to end each day. We had a wonderful time!"

"Host was very responsive and helpful. Other than some minor repair needs we found tre house to be delightful. "

"The host communication was excellent. We had a small issue with a towel rack and it was fixed immediately without any inconvenience to us. The beds were comfortable and the bunk room was perfect for our four kids. We loved the hot tub was relaxing and had wonderful evening views. "

"Well stocked kitchen. Very spacious, a lot of space.When we arrived the side door was unlocked. House numbers not well seen from road- making it hard to find at night. Hot tub did not get very warm. Some of the carpets were stained/dirty- likely from previous pets that stayed. "

"The home was darling- exactly as the pictures show. We had more than enough space for our family of six. The kitchen had everything you need and more (griddles, crockpots, pots, pans, and utensils). Allot for more time than you’d think to get to and from the property. It takes about 25 minutes to get up the mountain. We tried Mars Hill and Weaverville for meals but had the best experiences in Asheville. Big Bald is super close and had the best 360 view!"

"Beautiful views and great amenities for a relaxing week! Owners were incredibly quick to respond to any question. Although we could’ve had plenty to do at the cabin all week, the neighborhood also has lots of trails and backs up to additional trails through the Southeastern Trust for Parks and Land. The 4 teens in the group enjoyed the courts and activities down at the community center. The ladies there were super helpful with area recommendations too. For additional adventure I recommend Navitat zip tours and the Rocky Fork state park. "

"When we pulled up we were impressed with the views! Then we entered the house and we were sold! The kids had a cool hideaway bedroom with ultimate bunk beds, complete with a slide! How fun! That’s not the only slide in the house though! They spent a good bit of time sliding down the twisty slide from the second level to the bottom level! The parents and in-laws enjoyed nights in the hot tub and sunset views to die for on the decks! My husband and his brother were taken back to their childhood with the video game selections too! I could hear who won from the top floor, they were so excited! My oldest enjoyed being schooled in pool and on occasion he even showed his dad and uncle he’s a quick study!Anything that came up along the way, was quickly handled! We hope to come back to stay at The Summit again soon! "

" Had a fantastic stay. The views are breath taking. The property has everything you need and want. Spotlessly clean. Owner very cordial and inviting. The perfect place to just unplug and relax. The locals are welcoming and appreciative to see tourist. Way beyond 5 stars. Will definitely be going to stay again. "
