"The happy hour was a nice surprise with such great food. Breakfast was awesome . We liked the location, especially next to Outback restaurant . My only complaint is when I really needed to talk to the front desk , I was put on hold and never took the call. I was having trouble with my reservation as it was made at the wrong Holiday inn out in the country. Due to her not taking the call , I used a website that overcharged me . Two nights 1400.00 . She acknowledge and blew it off that she never picked up. I am now fighting that cost . I talked to the front desk to other staff about this issue. If she had of helped me on the phone , I would not be fighting this third party issue. I thought I was on a holiday inn sight , it was late and we needed a place to stay and we are of retirement age . I felt dismissed . The company I thought I was working with was using your name with a few differences . I can send more info ."

"A number of things are not transparent. 1) yes pets allowed but they cannot stay in trailer unaccompanied. 2) riverview trailers are on the side of the foot path that abuts a retaining wall for a road. The window view from the bedroom is a retaining wall. To see the river, you are looking across the walking path and through the sitting area of those who have the “vista” view. Pay the extra $ for the river experience and less traffic noise. 3) address is incorrect. It is 125 Amberglow . We never saw the Autocamp sign from the direction we drive in from. 4) maybe this is obvious to others, but we did not realize we would be parking quite a distance from our trailer. There are little carts to haul your things, but it is quite a distance. Having said all this, the staff could not have been more helpful in making our stay what we desired."

"The hotel was clean and appeared to be fairly new. The clerk was great and even remembers a number of guest's names. Very friendly and professional. The room was clean and everything worked. My only issue was how Spartan the room was. It had a bed and one desk chair. There was plenty of room for an easy chair of love seat in the room. It was a good price and value for the room. It just needed a more comfortable desk chair and another place to sit. I was there with my wife and one chair just didn't cut it."
