Find a Great Motel Hartley Vale

"The indoor and outdoor pools are both unheated. During the colder months they are not usable. The rooms were clean however they only were cleaned once on our 3 night stay. Room service was very slow and we ran out of toilet paper one day."

"We thought we booked a twin bed studio and it was not clear in the booking. The receptionist was so good in providing us an alternative room with 2 beds."

"This is a lovely hotel - but it could be so much more. There is evident history here but it is sorely in need of updating and redecorating. Great staff, priceless views, a very good kitchen and a welcoming lounge - all good. This is a hundred year old building so the rooms are compact at best. Would I book to stay there again - yes I would."
